Ingredients:
- 1 lb green beans
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 2-3 Thai chilies or 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp chili garlic paste
- 2 tbsp canola or vegtable oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- sesame seeds optional
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions:
1. In a pan or wok over medium heat add both oils. Once oil
has heated up add in the green beans and cook until
blistered and al dente mixing every minute to avoid burning.
(approx 10 minutes)
2. Add the garlic, chilies or chili flakes, and chili garlic paste.
mix and cook for 3-4 minutes.
3. Drizzle soy sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Top off with optional sesame seeds and enjoy!
