Ingredients:
- 1 pound snap peas, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Red pepper flakes for heat
Instructions:
1. Heat the Oil: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over
medium heat.
2. Sauté Garlic: Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30
seconds until fragrant.
3. Add Snap Peas: Add the snap peas and sauté for about
3-4 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
4. Add Lemon: Stir in the lemon zest and juice, and season
with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Cook for
another minute.
5. Serve: Remove from heat and serve immediately.
