- 2 Persian cucumbers, thinly sliced or diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sumac (optional, for a tangy flavor)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
